BUILD Basketball has been a forerunner in player development in Southern California for over 20 years. Founded and operated by Brian Brennan, BUILD Basketball was created with one mission: helping players of all ability levels maximize their potential on and off the court.

Over the last two decades, Brian has developed a unique training and development model that continues to produce proven results. His experience as both a coach and player development specialist has made him one of the most respected and sought-after basketball minds in the region. Few, if any, coaches in Southern California have built a resume that blends player development, program building, and consulting at the level Brian has achieved.

Brian and BUILD Basketball are not only sought out to help elevate programs, but also to work directly with coaches’ own children. Professional, collegiate, high school, and club coaches consistently trust Brian with the development of their own players and families — a reflection of the reputation, trust, and results BUILD Basketball has established over the last 20+ years.

Brian’s methods and leadership have helped elevate some of the top programs in the country, including helping Mater Dei High School Basketball become the only back-to-back CIF Southern Section Open Division champions, while also contributing to Orange Coast College Basketball reaching three straight state championship appearances and winning back-to-back California State titles.

Today, Brian is regularly sought out by coaches and programs across the men’s and women’s basketball landscape — from local clubs and powerhouse high schools to NCAA programs — for his experience, vision, and proven developmental methodologies.
